The self-improvement literary space is packed. Some books are useful. Others are like The 5AM Club.


The Summary: You will be more professionally and personally impactful if you wake up daily at 5AM and devote the 5-6AM "Golden Hour" to the following 20-min segments:

  1. 20 min of exercise

  2. 20 min of reflection (e.g. journaling)

  3. 20 min of learning


That's it.


Here are a couple gems from the book, to help brace you for the reading experience:


"The Billionaire's Maxim 1: To Create Magic in the world, Own the Magic within Yourself."

"The Billionaire's Maxim 10: Heaven on Earth is a state, not a place. Take daily voyages into awe and regular adventures into wonder."


Your time is valuable. Instead of reading this book, I suspect you'd benefit more from sleeping in, at least until 6AM.
