Can I engage in 1:1 coaching for a specific short-term goal (e.g. a high-impact conversation) that only requires 1-2 sessions? Yes, definitely.
How can I be sure that BreakthroughTD is the best fit for my coaching needs? It's impossible to be sure that any coach is the right fit until your coaching goals are achieved. Is this uncertainty frustrating? We understand, which is why we offer a free initial consultation. How do you quantify the impact of your enterprise-level programs? We work with clients to ensure that all goals are 100% aligned with greater departmental or company-wide business goals. Creating and ensuring appropriate buy-in of a quantified definition of success is an early part of our engagement process.
I want BreakthroughTD to manage one of our HR Programs, but I'm worried that this may undercut the value of our internal HR workforce. Is this a real concern? That concern makes complete sense. Optics matter. And because it makes complete sense, part of our programming includes providing our corporate partners with a communication strategy that they are welcome to use to make it clear to the entire company that you are running the show, and BreakthroughTD is simply here to support your vision.
