Service Description

What you can expect during the initial consult: 1) A Talent Consultant will ask a series of questions to fully understand your needs and goals. We may ask about your company's mission, values, and annual goals (and associated KPIs). Please come prepared with this info if possible. 2) The Consultant will explain if and how Breakthrough TD can help you achieve or surpass those goals. 3) We are happy to answer any and all questions you have for us.
